More than 25 years in technology
Damián Comas brings more than 25 years in technology. His journey combines software development, company building and business expansion across Argentina, Latin America and the United States.
His role is to open opportunities and connect teams across different companies. The vision for DOT AI is to bring those strengths together under a shared professional direction and pursue larger-scale projects with teams and investors.

Punto IT, in Argentina
Damián founds Punto IT, a software company that now serves major accounts with distributed teams across Argentina.

Marketing and corporate experiences
During this period, La Ola Creativa is established with a focus on marketing, alongside Ruka Eventos, dedicated to corporate events. These businesses extend the entrepreneurial journey beyond software development.

iPaaS USA LLC, in Miami
He founds iPaaS USA LLC with partners to develop technology businesses in the United States.
- 2023
iPaaS: commitment, risk and investment
Already holding 50% of iPaaS USA LLC, Damián personally acquires the remaining stake, bringing his ownership to 100%. He assumes the risk and continues investing in the Miami technology business, participating in events and conferences while continuing to lead businesses in Argentina and Latin America. That same year, he founds OWI SMART in Argentina with other partners.

DOT AI is founded
He creates DOT AI as an independent company alongside iPaaS USA LLC, building on the software expertise developed with Punto IT to open new international opportunities.
- 2026
A majority investment to scale OWI SMART
DOT AI invests in and acquires a majority stake in OWI SMART, which focuses on small businesses and microbusinesses through initiatives such as OWIBOT. The investment aims to combine that experience with DOT AI’s knowledge of international markets and AI-agent development. The ambition is to strengthen both companies, grow into new niches and pursue larger-scale projects.

LOOKING AHEAD
A new chapter of expansion.
Our vision for 2027 is to expand DOT AI’s presence in Miami and Latin America, sharing knowledge about artificial intelligence and its impact on business transformation through events, conferences and exchanges of ideas.
In the first half of the year, we aim to advance new projects focused on healthcare, real estate and other strategic sectors.
By the end of the year, we seek to consolidate these initiatives and broaden the group’s reach, with a vision of sustained growth and international collaboration.
